When you enter any town, city or village say (three times)
اَللََّهُمَّ باَرِكْ لَنَا فِيْهَا
And then say
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
InshaAllah all the people there will respect you and you will not be troubled by any of the creations.
