Place one’s hand on the area where it hurts, recite this Aayat 3 times and blow. InshaAllah, this pain will vanish.
وَبِالۡحَـقِّ اَنۡزَلۡنٰهُ وَبِالۡحَـقِّ نَزَلَ ؕ وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنٰكَ اِلَّا مُبَشِّرًا وَّنَذِيۡرًا ۘ
